On November 11, 2022, the Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 41/2022/QD-UBND on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Regulation on sales hours, cases of suspension of sales and the process of Notice before stopping sales at petrol and oil retail stores in the province issued together with Decision No. 18/2016/QD-UBND dated April 11, 2016 of the Provincial People's Committee.

Articles and clauses of the regulation are amended and supplemented as follows:
1. Amending and adding phrases to Article 1 as follows:
“This regulation regulates sales hours, cases of temporary suspension of sales and the process of notify before suspending sales of petrol and oil retail stores that have certificates of qualified petrol and oil retail stores in Dak Lak province, except for force majeure cases (fire, explosion, flood, etc.) flood or have attempted to apply remedial measures but were unable to maintain sales)”.
2.Clause 2, Clause 3, Article 2 is amended as follows:
“2. Petroleum traders specified in Clause 2, Article 1 of Decree No. 95/2021/ND-CP dated November 1, 2021 of the Government have petrol and oil retail stores in the province.
“3. Petrol and oil retail stores in Dak Lak province have been granted certificates of qualified petrol and oil retail stores, receipt of notices of petrol and oil retail by small-scale petrol and oil vending equipment."
3.Point b, Clause 1, Article 6 is amended as follows:
“b. In cases where it is necessary to temporarily suspend sales at petrol and oil retail stores, such as: A petrol retail store having a wedding, mourning, illness or accident, the sale may be temporarily suspended for a period of not more than 5 days. (five-day; other cases of suspension of sales as prescribed by law.”
4. Clause 1, Clause 2, Article 9 is amended as follows:
"first. Assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with relevant units and localities in, implementing this Regulation, directing the Department's Inspector to monitor and supervise the implementation and handle violations in accordance with regulations. Current law."
"2. Send the decision on revocation of the certificate of eligibility to retail petrol and oil to the Department of Planning and Investment, the Market Management Department of Dak Lak province, to know and coordinate in handling according to current law provisions. At the same time, send it to Economic Departments, Department of Infrastructure Economy of districts, towns and cities to know and cooperate in inspection and supervision work."
Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Industry and Trade to assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with relevant agencies and units in, organizing the implementation, regularly monitoring and evaluating the implementation of this Decision and reporting to the Provincial People's Committee. according to the law.
The Chief of the Office of the Provincial People's Committee, the heads of the Departments, departments and branches of the province, the Presidents of the People's Committees of the districts, towns and cities and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for the implementation of this Decision. .
This Decision takes effect from November 25, 2022.
