Pursuant to:
Decision No 30/2022/QĐ-UBND, dated 29/07/2022 of the Dak Lak People Comittee's Chairman regarding the function, responsibilities and rights of the Department of Industry and Trade;
Decision No 130/QĐ-SCT, dated 15/9/2022 of the Dak Lak Department of Industry and Trade regarding the working regulations;
Decision No 85/QĐ-SCT, dated 14/05/2024 of the Dak Lak Department of Industry and Trade regarding the Board of Director's job assignemnet.
1. Mr Lưu Văn Khôi - Director
a) In charge of the Dak Lak Department of Industry and Trade, steer, supervise the operation, comprehensively manage the implementation of function, responsibilities and rights of the Department. Being responsible before the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, Provincial People Committee, The Ministry of Industry and Trade and  Law  for all the operations of the Department as per assigned function and duties.  assigned.  
 Implement other tasks of Dak Lak People Committee's member according to the assignment. 
b) Main responsibilities: 
- Be the Department's spokeperson;
- Direct meeting with civilians, settle comlaints, denunciation and feedback of institutions and civilians, in charge of prevention and tackle against corruption and negativity.    
- Direct personnel arrangement, organizational chart and payroll;
- Direct financial operations, administrative reform and external affairs;
- In charge of prevention and tackle against corruption, supervise the thrift practice and waste combat;
- In charge of competion, reward and penalization;
- In charge of sectoral planning and detailed planning, attracting industrial and commercial development investment (trade and industry)
- In charge of state management regarding the sectors of renewable, new energy; security management of dams and lake and other hydroelectric structures;  
- First account holder of the budgetary funds allocated to the Department of Industry and Trade;;
c) Other tasks
- Member of provincial steering commitees assigned based on specific responsibilities (assigned by the Dak Lak People's Comittee);
- Supervise the development situation of industry and trade sector within Buôn Ma thuột city, Buôn Hồ town, Krông Búk and Ea Hleo districts;  
 - Coordinate with Coordination with agencies, departments and districts, towns and cities of the province in the assigned field;

2. Mr. Nguyen Van Nhiem - Deputy Director of the Department.
On behalf of the Director to direct and handle the Director's affairs, when the Director is absent from the office or authorized by the Director; deal with urgent tasks of other Deputy Directors in the absence of such Deputy Directors as assigned by the Director"
b) Direct responsible for: 
-  Administrative operations within the Department;
- Trade Promotion, import and export, border trade, international economic intergration and e-economy;
- The Department's website;
- Union work with Kdun village, Cư Êbur commune and Buôn Ma Thuột city.
- The second account holder of the budgetary funds allocated to the Department of Industry and Trade;
c) Other responsibilities: 
-  Member of provincial steering commitees assigned based on specific responsibilities (assigned by the Dak Lak People's Comittee).
- Supervise the development situation of industry and trade sector within Buôn Đôn, Ea Súp and Cư Mgar Districts.
- Coordinate with Coordination with agencies, departments and districts, towns and cities of the province in the assigned field;
- Other tasks as per Director's assignment.
3. Mr. Nguyen Van Nghiem - Deputy Director of the Department
a) Direct responsible for: 
- State management operation regarding internal trade, competion, anti dumping and anti subsidy; protection of consumer right.
- Administrative inspection and specific inspection within the Department's sectoral management; Supervise the situation of law obedience, tortious liability operation of State.
b) Other responsibilities.
- Member of provincial steering commitees assigned based on specific responsibilities (assigned by the Dak Lak People's Comittee).
- Monitor the development of industry and commerce in Krông Păk, Ea Kar, Ma Đrăk and Krông Năng districts;
- Coordination with agencies, departments and districts, towns and cities of the province in the assigned field and assigned districts;
- Other duties as per Director's assigment. 

4. Mr. Truong Cong Hong - Deputy Director of the Department
a) Direct responsible for: 
- State management operation regarding electrical sector (electrical grid,  electrical substation); electrical safety. 
- Scientific and industrial sectors in trade and industry.  
- State management operation regarding industrial - cottage industry; industrial zones, chemicals and industrial explosize materials; 
- Safety in industrial environment sector (except hydroelectric dams safety); food safety. 
- Industrial promotion sector. 

b) Other responsibilities.
-Member of provincial steering commitees assigned based on specific responsibilities (assigned by the Dak Lak People's Comittee);
- Monitor the development of industry and commerce in Cu Kuin, Lak, Krong Bong, Krong Ana districts; 
- Coordination with agencies, departments and districts, towns and cities of the province in the assigned field and assigned districts;
- Other duties as per Director's assigment.
